Highway Access
The Commercial Park is situated on Route 67 which is a
major East/West link. the New York State Thruway (I-90, I-87), the
Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90), The Northway (I-87), as well as
Expressways to Binghamton and Pennsylvania (I-88) all serve this
area.
Air Access
Saratoga County Airport is 10 minutes from the Commercial
Park. The Albany International Airport is 20 minutes south of
Ballston and is served by: American, Continental, Delta, Eastern,
Mall, Northwest, Page, US Air and United Airlines.
Rail Access
The Selkirk Yard, which is within 40 miles, handles one
million freight cars annually. For passenger service there are Amtrak
Stations in Saratoga, Schenectady and Rensselear.
Waterway Access
The Port of Albany, located 30 miles from Ballston,
averages 1,900 loading and unloadings per year with a total annual
tonnage of 6.9 million. There are also two canal systems located
within 10 miles of the Park. These are used for both recreation and
commercial shipping.
