Affordable Rent Rates

The following rent guidelines are to be used for rental units assisted by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 1998 Entitlement Action Plan. These rates were established using local Fair Market Rents, developed by the U.S. Dept. of HUD, as a base figure and then adjusted to increase affordability among low- and moderate-income residents.
