Stuffit Expander is a plain binary. Some "smart" FTP programs will automatically unpack it. You need it to download almost anything else from the net.
MacPPP is half the basic MacPPP/MacTCP Internet-by-phone package. It is freeware. The MacTCP piece is commercial Apple software, meaning we cannot put it in our archive. It comes bundled with System 7.5, and you also get it on the diskette that comes with Adam Engst's "Internet Starter Kit" Book. There's a myriad other ways to get it too.
