We do not charge extra for business use.
Why most services charge businesses more is beyond us. On average, businesses use less time, cause fewer problems, require less support, and pay bills more reliably. In short, business users cost us less.To us, this is cause for giving businesses more, not for charging them more, so our accounts include a number of special features intended for business users.
Note that there is a difference between "business use of your account" and "reselling our services." The most common place for this to come up is with regard to email forwarding for addresses in a domain. We do that as a convenience for your employees, associates, family members, possibly even some customers, who work elsewhere or prefer to use a different Internet service. We don't do it so you can make a business out of selling email addresses in your domain. You may "resell" the services that come with your account provided this is on a scale that may reasonably be considered account sharing, and we are the judges of what is reasonable. The main considerations are the load on our system and the workload on our staff. Our pricing assumes configurations that are fairly static - we set things up for you once and need to make only occasional changes.
